Dr Julianna Tsao graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland in 2012. Currently, Julianna is undertaking her Diploma in Progressive Orthodontics under the standards of the International College of Continuing Dental Education.
Julianna grew up in Brisbane and has gained experience in various positions in the public sector, private practice in Maroochydore, and in volunteer dental programs for refugees and the homeless.
Her dentistry is not only focused on providing the best clinical treatment available but doing so in the most gentle and caring manner. During her time in private practice, Julianna was often referred the most dental phobic patients due to her ability to place them at ease during the whole dental experience.
Julianna continually keeps up to date with the latest dental education and particularly in the fields of paediatrics and orthodontics. Her emphasis is in the prevention of debilitating dental conditions in children so that they have the best opportunity for good dental health and function for life. This includes creating enjoyable dental appointments for kids as these significant experiences are permanently remembered.
Julianna particularly enjoys orthodontics, children’s dentistry and caring for dental phobics and nervous patients.
Julianna and her partner, Hess, love life on the Sunshine Coast and particularly the hinterland. She connects with the greenery and peacefulness of Cooroy as she is a plant and garden enthusiast. At home, she loves to cuddle with her cat, Nemo, and springer spaniel, Wally.
